ĐIỀU I. THỂ THỨC THI ĐẤU, CÁCH TÍNH ĐIỂM

  • Số lượng tham gia: 14 đội (7 – 12 người/đội) chia làm 4 bảng gồm bảng 4 đội/bảng (bảng 1, 2) và bảng 3 đội/bảng (bảng 3, 4).
  • Số lượng trận đấu dự kiến cho 14 đội: 26 trận 
  • Thể thức thi đấu: 14 đội bốc thăm đá vòng bảng. Lấy 2 đội nhất nhì mỗi bảng đá tứ kết theo thể thức loại trực tiếp. Tiếp theo, lấy 4 đội thắng tứ kết để đá bán kết và sau đó 2 đội thắng ở bán kết đá chung kết.
  • Cách tính điểm: Thắng +3 điểm, Hòa +1 điểm, Thua +0. Nếu như các đội hòa điểm nhau sẽ xét chỉ số phụ theo thứ tự:
  • Điểm số
  • Hiệu số bàn thắng
  • Số bàn thắng
  • Đối đầu
  • Hiệu số bàn thắng giữa các đội đề cập đến
  • Số bàn thắng ghi được giữa các đội đề cập đến
  • Chỉ số fair-play: Được áp dụng với cầu thủ của mỗi trận cụ thể, trong đó thẻ vòng – 1 điểm, thẻ đỏ gián tiếp – 3 điểm, thẻ đỏ trực tiếp – 4 điểm, thẻ vàng + thẻ đỏ trực tiếp – 5 điểm
  • Bốc thăm
    • Thời gian tổ chức: Từ ngày 6/4/2026 đến ngày 11/5/2026 
    • Cách thức bốc thăm: Bốc thăm online vào ngày 4/4/2026
  • Phí tham gia: 500.000đ/1 đội (tối đa là 12 người).
  • Thời lượng trận đấu: 1 trận 40 phút (20 phút/1 hiệp), có trọng tài. Thời gian nghỉ giữa trận: 5 phút. Thời gian nghỉ giữa 2 trận: 10 phút. 

ĐIỀU II. LUẬT, QUY CHẾ THI ĐẤU

  1. Thi đấu theo luật Futsal của FIFA mới nhất do Liên đoàn bóng đá Việt Nam ban hành.
  2. Mỗi đội bóng khi bắt đầu trận đấu phải có mặt đủ 05 cầu thủ trên sân (kể cả thủ môn) và ít nhất 02 cầu thủ trong khu vực kỹ thuật, nếu đội bóng không có mặt đủ số lượng cầu thủ kể trên sẽ bị phạt 50.000 đồng. Trường hợp đội bóng không đủ số lượng cầu thủ trên do bị thẻ phạt, BTC sẽ xem xét. (LƯU Ý: Đối với FTE CUP 2026, các cầu thủ trong đội khi điểm danh phải có tên trong danh sách thi đấu khi đăng kí với ban tổ chức và PHẢI CÓ THẺ SINH VIÊN (HOẶC CĂN CƯỚC CÔNG DÂN). Trong trường hợp không có thẻ sinh viên (hoặc căn cước công dân), các cầu thủ được xem như vắng mặt.
  3. Cầu thủ nhận đủ 02 thẻ vàng sẽ nghỉ trận đấu liền kề, thẻ đỏ (02 thẻ vàng) hoặc trực tiếp nghỉ ít nhất 01 trận, trường hợp nghiệm trọng BTC sẽ xử lý nặng hơn.
  4. Chỉ có thành phần có tên trong bảng đăng ký vận động viên mới được ở trong khu vực sân. Cổ động viên không được vào khu vực BHL khi trận đấu diễn ra.
  5. Bóng thi đấu là bóng Futsal số 4, 2030.
  6. Giày thi đấu phải là giày vải bata đế bằng, giày đế TF sân cỏ nhân tạo.
  7. Cầu thủ KHÔNG có giày, KHÔNG được phép thi đấu.
  8. Trong thi đấu chỉ có người đại diện, đội trưởng, quản lý đội bóng mới được quyền ý kiến với trọng tài, BTC.
  9. Nếu có ẩu đả, kích động, xô xát xảy ra trong trận đấu, tham khảo ý kiến từ phía trọng tài và giám sát BTC. Khi xác định được đội có các hành vi trên thì đội đó sẽ bị loại khỏi giải và phạt tiền 200.000 đồng.
  10. Các hành vi văng tục, chửi thề trong khi thi đấu, hăm dọa trọng tài, BTC, cầu thủ và HLV đối phương sẽ bị phạt thẻ vàng hay thẻ đỏ trực tiếp theo nhận định của trọng tài và giám sát trận đấu.
  11. Đối với hành vi gây chấn thương cho cầu thủ đối phương sẽ bị phạt thẻ theo nhận định của trọng tài và giám sát trận đấu và phải chi trả viện phí (nếu có) cho cầu thủ bị chấn thương.
  12. Các sự cố kích động, ẩu đả trong và sau trận đấu sẽ do đội trưởng chịu trách nhiệm và BTC không chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm liên quan. Cầu thủ có các hành vi ẩu đả, kích động sẽ chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý.
  13. Nghiêm cấm các cầu thủ sử dụng các chất cấm, chất kích thích, chất có cồn trước, trong và sau các trận đấu. Nếu cầu thủ vi phạm sẽ bị phạt treo giò, cấm thi đấu cá nhân, cấm thi đấu tập thể và truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự tùy vào mức độ vi phạm. Hình phạt do BTC quyết định.
  14. Trường hợp 02 đội bóng thi đấu với nhau mà có cùng màu áo thì BTC sẽ tiến hành bốc thăm 01 đội phải mặc áo BIB hoặc đổi trang phục khác (áo BIB BTC sẽ trang bị). 
  15. Khi thi đấu, cầu thủ phải có đồng phục thi đấu theo đúng với thông tin mà đội đã đăng ký với BTC (hoặc phải mặc áo BIB như trường hợp trên), cầu thủ nào không có đồng phục đồng bộ với đội bóng (khác màu áo hoặc quần) hoặc có mà không đúng với số áo,quần đã đăng ký trước với BTC thì nhất định không được thi đấu trận đó.
  16. BTC có quyền kiểm tra bản gốc thẻ sinh viên của cầu thủ tham gia trận đấu bất cứ lúc nào, do đó các lãnh đội cần yêu cầu các cầu thủ khi đi thi đấu phải mang theo thẻ sinh viên bản gốc.
  17. Các đội bóng nếu có khiếu nại thì liên hệ với BTC trong vòng 24 tiếng sau trận đấu. Đội khiếu nại sẽ bị phạt 100.000 đồng nếu khiếu nại sai. Sau thời gian 24 tiếng BTC sẽ không giải quyết khiếu nại với bất kỳ lý do gì. 
  18. Các cá nhân và đội bóng đoạt giải khi lên nhận giải phải mặc áo đồng phục của đội bóng. Các đội bóng đoạt giải khi lên nhận giải phải có tối thiểu 07 cầu thủ. BTC sẽ không trao giải thưởng (tiền mặt) mà chỉ trao kỷ niệm chương cho các cá nhân và đội bóng không đáp ứng 02 điều kiện trên.

ĐIỀU III. KỶ LUẬT

  1. Đội bóng đăng ký cầu thủ sai quy định của thể lệ sẽ bị loại khỏi giải.
  2. Đội bóng phải có mặt tại sân trước 25 phút để kiểm tra.
  3. Nếu quá thời gian bắt đầu thi đấu 05 phút mà đội bóng nào không đủ 05 cầu thủ thì trọng tài và BTC lập biên bản trận đấu đó và xử đội bóng đó thua 0-3 và đồng thời bị phạt 30.000 đồng.
  4.  Đội bóng bỏ cuộc sẽ bị BTC loại khỏi giải, phạt toàn bộ số tiền tư cách và kết quả trận đấu với các đội khác bị hủy bỏ.
  5. Thẻ vàng sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 20.000 đồng, thẻ đỏ gián tiếp (02 thẻ vàng) sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 50.000 đồng, thẻ đỏ trực tiếp sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 70.000 đồng.
  6. BTC có toàn quyền quyết định tất cả các tình huống phát sinh trong quá trình tổ chức giải.

ĐIỀU IV. CÁC KHOẢN PHÍ

Trong quá trình thi đấu, các đội nếu vi phạm lỗi bị phạt thẻ sẽ không phải đóng phạt (trừ các hành vi nghiêm trọng, đội bóng đó phải chịu trách nhiệm). Nước đã có sẵn của sân, nếu các đội có sử dụng thêm những loại nước khác theo nhu cầu thì BTC không chịu chi phí về khoản phí phát sinh nước của các đội.

ĐIỀU V. GIẢI THƯỞNG

  • 01 giải Nhất: 1.500.000 đồng, cúp + huy chương + cờ lưu niệm 
  • 01 giải Nhì: 1.200.000 đồng, huy chương + cờ lưu niệm 
  • 02 giải Ba: 800.000 đổng, huy chương + cờ lưu niệm   
  • 01 giải vua phá lưới: 150.000 đồng + cờ lưu niệm.

Gác lại những tờ giấy nháp, quên đi những file Excel rời rạc! FTE Cup 2026 – giải bóng đá truyền thống của Khoa Kỹ thuật Giao thông (Đại học Bách Khoa) chính thức thực hiện một cú “tăng tốc” lịch sử. Lần đầu tiên, Ban tổ chức gồm các sinh viên trong khoa đưa toàn bộ giải đấu lên nền tảng quản lý chuyên biệt www.aleagues.com. Đây không chỉ là thay đổi một công cụ, đây là bước tiến nâng tầm cho giải đấu truyền thống của khoa Kỹ thuật Giao thông.

1. Dữ liệu “Real-time” – Trải nghiệm cảm giác của những siêu sao thực thụ

Đã qua rồi cái thời chỉ biết tỉ số chung cuộc một cách khô khan. Với hệ thống mới, chỉ cần vài chục giây sau một diễn biến trên sân, cả thế giới sẽ thấy dữ liệu nhảy số ngay trên màn hình điện thoại.

Không chỉ là bàn thắng, nếu muốn chúng ta đã có thể dùng nền tảng để “số hóa” mọi giọt mồ hôi của các cầu thủ với hơn 20 chỉ số chuyên sâu để:

  • Vinh danh những người hùng thầm lặng: Những đường kiến tạo sắc lẹm (Assist), những đường chuyền dọn cỗ (Key Pass), hay những pha cản phá từ hậu vệ, cứu thua xuất thần của các “người nhện” trong khung gỗ đều được ghi nhận chính xác.

  • Chi tiết đến từng milimet: Từ số quả phạt góc, phạt đền, thẻ phạt cho đến những tình huống tranh chấp tay đôi… đã sẵn sàng trên nền tảng quản lý giải đấu. Tất cả đều gắn liền với tên tuổi của chính cầu thủ thực hiện. Lưu ý, càng nhiều chỉ số được thống kê thì càng cần nhiều nguồn lực hơn như video, ban chuyên môn thống kê – những nguồn lực mà cấp độ đội bóng đang thi đấu chuyên nghiệp tại Giải bóng đá Quốc gia Việt Nam mới có.

Giờ đây, mỗi cá nhân tại FTE Cup dù thi đấu tại vị trí nào (kể cả ban điều hành đội) cũng đã được mở toang cơ hội trải nghiệm trò chơi thể thao sâu hơn, nơi mọi thông số đều là bằng chứng cho đẳng cấp và nỗ lực đội nhóm, nỗ lực cá nhân.

Trong giải lần này, Ban tổ chức FTE Cup 2026 sẽ áp dụng 5/20 chỉ số chuyên sâu được cập nhật trên nền tảng: bàn thắng, kiến tạo, thẻ phạt, danh sách thi đấu, cầu thủ vắng mặt vì thẻ phạt.

2. “Cuốn nhật ký” số – Nơi lưu giữ di sản vĩnh cửu

FTE Cup là truyền thống, và truyền thống cần được lưu giữ một cách trang trọng nhất.

  • Hồ sơ cầu thủ vĩnh viễn: Bạn đá bao nhiêu trận, ghi bao nhiêu bàn, nhận bao nhiêu thẻ qua các mùa giải? Hệ thống sẽ lưu lại tất cả. Nhiều năm sau, khi nhìn lại, bạn sẽ thấy mình từng là một phần của lịch sử huy hoàng tại sân bóng Bách Khoa.

  • Kết nối các thế hệ: Những đàn em khóa dưới sẽ biết đến những “huyền thoại” khóa trên không qua lời kể, mà qua những con số thống kê đầy thuyết phục trên hệ thống. Đặc biệt hơn, FTE sẽ dùng hồ sơ số này để lưu giữ thông tin liên lạc các lứa cầu thủ đã tốt nghiệp. BKA Champion League – giải đấu quy tụ các cựu sinh viên Bách khoa sẽ có thêm các cầu thủ là cựu sinh viên từ khoa Kỹ thuật Giao thông đã, đang tung cánh bay khắp vùng trời trái đất.

3. Công nghệ dẫn lối – Thổi bùng ngọn lửa phong trào

Mỗi đội bóng khi bắt đầu trận đấu phải có mặt đủ 05 cầu thủ trên sân (kể cả thủ môn) và ít nhất 02 cầu thủ trong khu vực kỹ thuật, nếu đội bóng không có mặt đủ số lượng cầu thủ kể trên sẽ bị phạt 50.000 đồng. Trường hợp đội bóng không đủ số lượng cầu thủ trên do bị thẻ phạt, BTC sẽ xem xét. (LƯU Ý: Đối với FTE CUP 2026, các cầu thủ trong đội khi điểm danh phải có tên trong danh sách thi đấu khi đăng kí với ban tổ chức và PHẢI CÓ THẺ SINH VIÊN (HOẶC CĂN CƯỚC CÔNG DÂN). Trong trường hợp không có thẻ sinh viên (hoặc căn cước công dân), các cầu thủ được xem như vắng mặt.
  3. Cầu thủ nhận đủ 02 thẻ vàng sẽ nghỉ trận đấu liền kề, thẻ đỏ (02 thẻ vàng) hoặc trực tiếp nghỉ ít nhất 01 trận, trường hợp nghiệm trọng BTC sẽ xử lý nặng hơn.
  4. Chỉ có thành phần có tên trong bảng đăng ký vận động viên mới được ở trong khu vực sân. Cổ động viên không được vào khu vực BHL khi trận đấu diễn ra.
  5. Bóng thi đấu là bóng Futsal số 4, 2030.
  6. Giày thi đấu phải là giày vải bata đế bằng, giày đế TF sân cỏ nhân tạo.
  7. Cầu thủ KHÔNG có giày, KHÔNG được phép thi đấu.
  8. Trong thi đấu chỉ có người đại diện, đội trưởng, quản lý đội bóng mới được quyền ý kiến với trọng tài, BTC.
  9. Nếu có ẩu đả, kích động, xô xát xảy ra trong trận đấu, tham khảo ý kiến từ phía trọng tài và giám sát BTC. Khi xác định được đội có các hành vi trên thì đội đó sẽ bị loại khỏi giải và phạt tiền 200.000 đồng.
  10. Các hành vi văng tục, chửi thề trong khi thi đấu, hăm dọa trọng tài, BTC, cầu thủ và HLV đối phương sẽ bị phạt thẻ vàng hay thẻ đỏ trực tiếp theo nhận định của trọng tài và giám sát trận đấu.
  11. Đối với hành vi gây chấn thương cho cầu thủ đối phương sẽ bị phạt thẻ theo nhận định của trọng tài và giám sát trận đấu và phải chi trả viện phí (nếu có) cho cầu thủ bị chấn thương.
  12. Các sự cố kích động, ẩu đả trong và sau trận đấu sẽ do đội trưởng chịu trách nhiệm và BTC không chịu bất kỳ trách nhiệm liên quan. Cầu thủ có các hành vi ẩu đả, kích động sẽ chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý.
  13. Nghiêm cấm các cầu thủ sử dụng các chất cấm, chất kích thích, chất có cồn trước, trong và sau các trận đấu. Nếu cầu thủ vi phạm sẽ bị phạt treo giò, cấm thi đấu cá nhân, cấm thi đấu tập thể và truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự tùy vào mức độ vi phạm. Hình phạt do BTC quyết định.
  14. Trường hợp 02 đội bóng thi đấu với nhau mà có cùng màu áo thì BTC sẽ tiến hành bốc thăm 01 đội phải mặc áo BIB hoặc đổi trang phục khác (áo BIB BTC sẽ trang bị). 
  15. Khi thi đấu, cầu thủ phải có đồng phục thi đấu theo đúng với thông tin mà đội đã đăng ký với BTC (hoặc phải mặc áo BIB như trường hợp trên), cầu thủ nào không có đồng phục đồng bộ với đội bóng (khác màu áo hoặc quần) hoặc có mà không đúng với số áo,quần đã đăng ký trước với BTC thì nhất định không được thi đấu trận đó.
  16. BTC có quyền kiểm tra bản gốc thẻ sinh viên của cầu thủ tham gia trận đấu bất cứ lúc nào, do đó các lãnh đội cần yêu cầu các cầu thủ khi đi thi đấu phải mang theo thẻ sinh viên bản gốc.
  17. Các đội bóng nếu có khiếu nại thì liên hệ với BTC trong vòng 24 tiếng sau trận đấu. Đội khiếu nại sẽ bị phạt 100.000 đồng nếu khiếu nại sai. Sau thời gian 24 tiếng BTC sẽ không giải quyết khiếu nại với bất kỳ lý do gì. 
  18. Các cá nhân và đội bóng đoạt giải khi lên nhận giải phải mặc áo đồng phục của đội bóng. Các đội bóng đoạt giải khi lên nhận giải phải có tối thiểu 07 cầu thủ. BTC sẽ không trao giải thưởng (tiền mặt) mà chỉ trao kỷ niệm chương cho các cá nhân và đội bóng không đáp ứng 02 điều kiện trên.

ĐIỀU III. KỶ LUẬT

  1. Đội bóng đăng ký cầu thủ sai quy định của thể lệ sẽ bị loại khỏi giải.
  2. Đội bóng phải có mặt tại sân trước 25 phút để kiểm tra.
  3. Nếu quá thời gian bắt đầu thi đấu 05 phút mà đội bóng nào không đủ 05 cầu thủ thì trọng tài và BTC lập biên bản trận đấu đó và xử đội bóng đó thua 0-3 và đồng thời bị phạt 30.000 đồng.
  4.  Đội bóng bỏ cuộc sẽ bị BTC loại khỏi giải, phạt toàn bộ số tiền tư cách và kết quả trận đấu với các đội khác bị hủy bỏ.
  5. Thẻ vàng sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 20.000 đồng, thẻ đỏ gián tiếp (02 thẻ vàng) sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 50.000 đồng, thẻ đỏ trực tiếp sẽ bị phạt NÓNG ngay tại sân 70.000 đồng.
  6. BTC có toàn quyền quyết định tất cả các tình huống phát sinh trong quá trình tổ chức giải.

ĐIỀU IV. CÁC KHOẢN PHÍ

Trong quá trình thi đấu, các đội nếu vi phạm lỗi bị phạt thẻ sẽ không phải đóng phạt (trừ các hành vi nghiêm trọng, đội bóng đó phải chịu trách nhiệm). Nước đã có sẵn của sân, nếu các đội có sử dụng thêm những loại nước khác theo nhu cầu thì BTC không chịu chi phí về khoản phí phát sinh nước của các đội.

ĐIỀU V. GIẢI THƯỞNG

  • 01 giải Nhất: 1.500.000 đồng, cúp + huy chương + cờ lưu niệm 
  • 01 giải Nhì: 1.200.000 đồng, huy chương + cờ lưu niệm 
  • 02 giải Ba: 800.000 đổng, huy chương + cờ lưu niệm   
  • 01 giải vua phá lưới: 150.000 đồng + cờ lưu niệm.
